Shipping Policy

Perth Metropolitan Area Only
Midland Sand and Soil Supplies only delivers to locations within the Perth metropolitan area. We do not accept interstate or international orders through our website. Please contact (08) 9274 6244 to enquire about a special order / request. 

Shipping and Delivery Information
Our products are delivered using our Tip Trucks and delivery costs are influenced by the size and weight of the products including the delivery location. The exact shipping costs are calculated and added to the order. 

Tipping Instructions
Tip on front verge, or tip on the driveway is the usual preferred location. Please be aware if you require specific tipping instructions that our team will be its best to top where requested in a safe manner. You will be responsible for any damage incurred when following your instructions on site. However if our driver cannot access the location requested our only alternative is to then tip on the front verge or driveway. 

If this is not suitable we can return the product to the Midland Sand and Soil Supplies yard although this will incur an additional delivery fee and your refund will be for the cost of the product only. 

Complimentary Trust Hire
We require a valid WA Drivers License for ID purposes when borrowing our trailers. A learners permit is NOT accepted. 

You will be provided with a shackle, lead and split pin for the trailer. Please be aware that you are responsible for any loss or damage to the trailer and will be charged an additional fee accordingly. A late fee will also be charged if the trailer is returned outside the 2 hour time limit. 

Please note that our trailer hire is only for the use of transport of our products and cannot be used for any other transport or items.
